RANDWICK PERGOLA AND DECK

A disused side yard, sandwiched between a brick garage and a 1960s red brick triple fronted house, is the location for a large deck roofed with operable pergolas. The Randwick house lacks a large enough entertaining area for the family. The proposed 8.5m x 4.5m deck suits the need for large gatherings. The new deck provides a second dining area, barbecue space and lounge.
