CLOVELLY VERANDAH ENCLOSURE

This balcony was enclosed with sound resisting glass inside and out to provide quiet space. The style of windows and were matched with those of the existing cottage. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. The project was tendered and the building contract prepared by Dunn Architects.
