CLOVELLY BALCONY 2

A small balcony was replaced with a timber deck, large enough for entertaining, allowing full enjoyment of the spectacular views. An inconvenient spiral staircase was replaced with a wide and gentle timber stairway. New hardwood sliders provide wide access onto the deck. A pergola features high solar performance polycarbonate roofing. Windows and doors were supplied by Windoor. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. The project was tendered and the building contract administered by Dunn Architects.
