CLOVELLY BALCONY 1

The problem of adding a balcony above a narrow yard without the need for columns was solved by cantilevering the structure. This renovation approach allowed construction of a hardwood balcony above the yard without obstructing the yard below. Approval for this renovation was obtained from Randwick Council in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. The project was tendered and the building contract administered by Dunn Architects.
