ALAMBIE HEIGHTS ROOF

A new roof was the solution to the overheating, lack of natural ventilation and lack of daylight in this Allambie Heights house. This renovatiom included clerestory windows located at the junction of a pair of skillion roofs to provide light and ventilation. Insulation and a light roof colour assist heat reduction. The house is located in a bush fire hazard zone due to its proximity to a bush reserve.
