SEPP65 ASSESSMENTS

For multi-unit dwellings a registered architect must assess the building’s design against a set of design principles prepared by the State Government. A Design Verification Statement development in the southern Sydney suburb of Illawong, incorporating twelve apartments, connected to a further thirty one apartments next door, is an example of one such assessment by Dunn Architects.
