Dunn Architects can interpret your neighbour's development application (DA) and provide advice in potential issues such as overshadowing and loss of views or privacy. We can prepare and lodge objections with the council on your behalf during the formal Notification period. Architectural drawings can at times be difficult to fully understand, particularly if important information is missing. With our knowledge of the council's regulations, we can also provide advice on any non-compliances with the town planning rules which might not be readily apparent to others.
